Non Penetrating Leak Detection

   

A unique leak detection system that does not penetrate the liner, consisting of perforated tube and dip stick, is positioned between the primary and secondary liners. Any leakage through the primary liner is collected in the tube and measured on the dip stick. Fabricated primarily from PVC components, the system is available in other plastics or metals.

Bottom Sump Leak Detection

 
   

Leak detection systems utilizing double liners with the secondary liners connected to leak detection sumps are available.

 

 

 

Sight Glass Leak Detection

 
   

Fluid that penetrates the primary liner is collected by a geotextile interlayer and wicked to thru-the-wall fittings for instant inspection in an external sight glass.

Sight "glasses"feature impact resistant transparent flexible tubes that can be manufactured to any required length.Tapping into tank wall with flanged, single hole bulkhead fittings permits rapid installation anywhere on the sidewall of tank. Valves are provided for drainage and to facilitate tube replacement.Unit can also be used for leak detection.
